Terrible service & shocking bank charges

On 23rd January I received a notification from FNB that I was over my overdraft, this was R2.05, I then decided to deposit an amount of R20 into the account to cover this. I later noticed a service charge of R30 for the deposit of R20 I had made into my account, so i basically lost R10 trying to manage my account. I also checked my bank charges for the month & was charged a Temp Facility fee of R57 which I found out was for being in the red on my overdraft & noticed that I had not received the Dr Interest Rebate. I contacted FNB call centre yesterday to get an explanation at 14:00 and once I was finished is was already 15:15, I spoke to no less than 6 different call centre agents who sent me from pillar to post, I finally spoke to a manager/supervisor as by this time I was completely fed up & was finally helped by Christopher who took it upon himself to find out what the problem was & contact me with the outcome. I was informed that I didnt receive my rebate as I was over my overdraft limit. So all in all because I was R2.05 overdrawn on my account, I paid a R30 deposit charge, R57 facility fee & lost a rebate of about R150, in total it cost me R237. FNB How can we you?
