I was quite upset when I logged onto my internet banking this morning.
I have an overdraft with FNB - this month sometime I obviously swipped at a merchant that was "offline" which resulted in it banking a few days later, hitting my account into - of around R20.00 -
That same day it banked and I noticed it, I transfered money to my cheque account so it wasnt in negative.
My fee's came off this morning, I was given no rebate back on my interest and hit with an overline fee!
If you take a look at my account and my good conduct, this never happens now it happens once, also it not being my fault the merchant was offline so now I must sit with the problem and when I noticed it, I put the money right away.
I find this unfair that I must have this happen to me and I would like it to be looked at and possibly reversing the fee and giving me my normal monthly rebate!
