STILL NO REBATE!

I complained the beginning of the month with regards to no rebate been given on my debit interest for my overdraft facility.

A lady called me, very helpful and said this would be sorted out. This was not the 1st time. Later a lady called to say there will be no rebate as my account went over sometime in the month.

If so, this is due to the fact of offline merchants, and if it did go over, why was I not charged the credit fee of R57.00 and if it went over, it wouldnt of been over limit for long!

I am a good Platinum account holder and FNB always seems to upset me with this.

I would really like this looked at as this is -R350.00!

Please can someone who is helpful and will sort this out, help me. This happened years ago and was sorted as I am a good account holder, if it did go over it wasnt for long at all and this is only due to the fact of offline merchants which is not my fault and I feel this is very unfair!
