I am DONE WITH YOU!!!

Its strange how easy it was for me to join OLD MUTUAL and start paying money to them, but now that I want to cancell my investment, they want me to run around like a headless chicken. I called their call centre to ask about the procedure for cancelling/surrendering my policy with them, and the lady that helped me explained everything to me, and also gave me other options other than terminating this investment. she told me to take my bank statement and proof of residence and ID to the nearest branch, which unfortunately, is in Bloed Mall in pretoria. i went there this morning at 10:45, and i tool all those documents with me. when i got there, they told me that only 1 person can assist me in this regard... which i found very strange as there are over 10 consultants in that branch. there was a que that was only waiting for this 1 person at Teller 9 and funny enough all the people that came in after me were going to see that same person. i was there for almost 2 hours, and there were only 3 clients before me. Eventually it was my turn, and she says to me, I'M SORRY, BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO HELP YOU BECAUSE YOUR ID HAS 2 NAMES AND YOUR POR AND BS ONLY HAVE1. u have to go and get new docs!!!
