On the 17th of September I sent old mutual a letter requesting to cancell my investment and 3 days later after I received no response i called the call centre and the advised me to go to the nearest branch as they will be able to assist me quickly and that the payment will take 2-3 working days. I went to the branch at Pretorius street in pretoria on the 20th of September and I did i part-withdrawal from my investment plan and they told me it will take 2-3 working days for me to receive the payment. This morning I called the call centre to enquire because I havent received any payment yet and the lady I spoke to tells me that my payment have not yet been approved and that it will take 5-7 days, really now, what kind ok BAD SERVICE is that?
This is an inconvinience to me because i made plans for that money.
