I have been with miway for more than 3 years and never have i ever experianced service this poor in my life, i am unable to get through to the claims department as the no one is ever available to answer the phone, i leave several messages and it takes more than a week for someone to get back to me, my cellphone bill is sky high because of this, i have sent countless emails to the person handling my claim and get no response from it either. i asked for the bank to be settled more than 2 weeks ago and asked for feedback aswell but got nothing, the bank is harassing me for answers which i cannot provide. i have never in my 3 years ever experiance anything like this and normally i speak to all my friends and coworkers very highly about miway but i cannot anymore. this is appoling!!!
