Internet Banking useless after change

After the change that went through yesterday, I can't access my accounts to check history, neither can I do any payments. So FNB will charge me to use the manual banking services due to their lack of testing before deploying a solution like this. Very very amateur!!! Can't do anything with my bank account at the moment. a big disgrace after being named the most innovative bank in the world.
