I have debt at Standard bank and without warning or a call from them they took every blue cent out of my account. They said I did not make arrangement but I did. I have a 18 month old baby and have no money in my account to provide for her, let alone my other creditors. Stanley Brodkin Attorneys was appointed to handle my account and I never heard anything from them with regards to a payment arrangement. Another attourneys handles my other account and I pay R1600 pm. Standard bank now refuses to refund me and says because I only made an arrangement after they took the money I cant get it back. But I never ever heard of Stanley Brodkin!!!
