First National Bank
3 weeks just to do an application

I have been trying for 3 weeks to try and do an application for a student loan. I 1st did it 3 weeks ago and when I called in to check the progress I was told that there was a problem on the system and my application is lost.
Since then I have been trying for over two weeks to try and do an application. When I call in there is either no answer or I am told that they cannot help and I am given another number. I have left messages, at all the numbers that I could get through to and still nothing. This was done on my side three weeks ago and now that registration in closing this week I am left in a race against time thanks to FNB not being available
