Smart device offer Pathetic

I made an online application for a Smart Device at the beginning of March of which i got a text message acknowledging my application. To my surprise when i called 3 weeks later FNB bank had not received the application but the consultant made an application of which she told me that there is a process that takes 3 days and then i will be contacted. over 10 calls later that average 7 mins and 6 weeks later i have not been contacted.
