Debiting my account on a wrong date

I have a Personal loan with Ned bank which a took last year, My problem is the debit order date that changes almost every month, When I call the customer care indicated that they will sort It out, but now I am frustrated because these debit orders are destroying my relationship with my bank, 22 November 2013 the debit order did co through, when I enquire why did they run a debit order on this date, they indicated that this was an error, then December 2013 it was ok the did it on 31 Dec 2013 which is my pay day, now in Jan 2014 they run it 24 Jan 2014, when I enquire there where no reason why, on the 24th I called the customer care when I see the sms from my bank for the reminder, I was told that It is loaded for 31 Jan 2014, Then today I requested them to remove the debit order as I will be paying using EFT, then I was told that that's not possible, I am disappointed with nedbank.
