POLICY CANCELLATION

I recently cancelled a policy with Old Mutual and the person I spoke to said it would take up to 3 days to process and that I would get the money that I'm supposed to get after they have checked whether I owe SARS or not.

They asked me to bring something from SARS that has my TAX Number and I went to SARS and I gave them the letter with my bank statement and payslip. Its well over 3 weeks now since I cancelled the policy and I would like to receive the money that is due to me.
