I was RETRENCHED in 2008 by M & F. OLD MUTUAL sent my TAX DIRECTIVE as RESIGNED, only after I was informed by SARS that I owe them R25 000.00 did we find out that it was due to OLD MUTUAL being incompetent in sending the WRONG DESCRIPTION on code 3902. I then started contacting OLD MUTUAL via phone and E-Mail advising them that SARS has told me to get it corrected and they would then re- my 2009 TAX. Only to be told by Elaine Friggens NO!
All I want is that they cancel my TAX DIRECTIVE and resubmit on code 3902 with the correct Description, due to this I have lost money with my shares either by them expiring or when I did get any money SARS took it. It took me two years to find work. I do have most of my correspondence between Old Mutual, SARS Lawyers and some Knowledge Management Christine??? ( WHO BY THE WAY HAS NO IDEA AS TO WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT)... I have been advised that should this NOT be rectified within the next 48hrs, all documentation will be forwarded onto the Ombudsman. SO OLD MUTUAL... SARS IS WAITING AND SO AM I...
