I cancelled my policy with Old Mutual due to a number of complaints, mainly being that I had not received my policy document after several months. I approached for cancellation but I was moved from pillar to post. I subsequently stopped paying my premiums.
I now need a refund of my funds. Old Mutual emailed last week to say policy had been cancelled, but were is my money. I AM NOT GETTING THROUGH TO THE CALL CENTRE, YET i NEED MY MONEY ASAP.
