On 04/02/13 at 13h37 i made a CASH deposit at FNB of R1370.00 handed the teller trace id 3362582 VODSMKHL888B R1400.00 she gave me R30.00 change i .checked and put receipt in my handbag whilst at the counter (about 2min) at 17h10 i received a call from Nadia "mrs jacobs you were in the bank today right? 'yes i replied "i gave you double your change '" to which i replied no you gave me R30.00 1) i would like to know if she was authorise to make that call to me 2) if yes why not by the branch manager.3) i could regard the call as being a. What business practice is FNB following?
