My business credit card expired in July 2012. Normal banks will phone you and let you know that the card is expiring a new one will be issued. FNB did not do that. I went to pay for goods and it was declined, how embarrassing. I called the business banking call center they said they cant do anything i must go into the branch. I called the personal relationship manager she said we suppose to get a new card automatically.
Now i must run around in to the bank to get a new card unacceptable.
FNB you services is going down.
