Still No Resolution To Unauthorised Debit Orde

Got a phone call from Pravesh, he said ABSA have no record of the debit on their side, he asked me to fax bank statement to him which I did immediately. And to date have had NO RESPONSE.

Please can somoene tell me what is going on?
