And no process in bank to follow

So I found it that I have an account with standard bank but I do not bank with standard bank account I have been to the bank properly like 5 times an they have no process in place for I was sent to the home affairs like 5 rimes never came right u then went to bank and was told the problem that I have they can't help me u was shocked. Realy poor service I was given also information on activity I was told an they showed me all my I'd details the same an my photo on the I'd is different an the person stays in beacon Valley Mitchells plain. 1 branch can give information an the other can't. An I know that they shouldn't have showed me that just shows how quick your information can be given out no data protection at all I will be taking this further fnb has a finger print verification in place to prevent what does standard bank have a company that do there dealings like this should be felt with an taken to the ombudsman which I'm going to do an will be getting a lawyer for this very very poor unprofessional petty service an leek of info for a bank that is realy bad so I know exactly how the if looks like an they showed me the address
