I am not one to just complain about anything but this is just plain ridiculous. How many times would standard bank like me to go to the branch and stand in the ques just to go change details on the account that was requested by me from day one, wasnt this information used to open my account? Why is there changes on my accounts and i was not even notified of it??? THERE SHOULD BE NO CHANGES TO ANY ACCOUNT WITHOUT INFORMING / LIALSING WITH THE OWNER / ACCOUNT HOLDER!!! I AM REALY SICK AND TIRED OF STANDARD BANK AND EVENTHOUGH I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 7 YEARS, I WILL BE MOVING BANKS SHORTLY... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
