Nudebt Management has been debiting my account since January 2013 according to my statements and I have no idea why they are taking my money.
They send me stupid sms's everyday telling me I should call them to pay my TV licence and I told their agents that why should I pay if they are already taking my money and they couldnt answer.
I WANT TO KNOW WHY THEY ARE MY MONEY!!!
I have spoken with 4 different agents from Nu-debt and none of them could tell me why they are debiting my account. I spoke to one agent on the 17 Jan and all she could give was her Team Leaders email address (LIZELLE) whom didn't even bother to respond to my email on the 18 Jan 2014.
I called their call center again today and spoke to a Team leader Lindile who could not help but told me to callback on Monday and speak to Hendriette at their debit order department... I am really fed up and will take this further if i don't get a response.
