Since November 2013 MFC takes a debit order sometimes up to 3 times a month. After the first debit order they already have their money, but then they try to take it again. This has placed me in a high risk because I have to reverse the transaction every time and other debit orders are then unable to deduct. I have applied for a new car loan but it was declined due to me being a high risk, but its because of them that I am a high risk. I have contacted and emailed them more than once but the problem still persist. I have now also contacted the ombudsman to see if this problem can be resolved.
