Unacceptable service, staff passing the buck

18 Days later, 2nd time application for cheque account, has been approved but the card has not been sent to the requested branch for collection. Only to find out that the card was cancelled again and a new card (for the 3rd time) has been issued but sent to the wrong branch for customer to collect. I'm trying to make FNB the BANK OF CHOICE. HOW MUST WE MOVE FORWARD IF THE FOUNDATION TO DO SO IS NOT STABLE? FNB?
