I had a garnishee order which was paid in full however flemix was over paid in 2 monnthly instalments as my employer only received the paid up letter at a late stage. i filled a refund with flemix and was informed that they acknowledge my refund application and the turn around time could take up to 14days. its now more than a month and still waiting for my first refund. not what frustrates is everytime i have to pohne then hence when they loaded a garnishee they didnt hesitate. not even a courtesy email updating me with regards to the payment, everytime i send follow up emails and leave mesages via phone.
