i would like to report non existent service.
i would like information on how to go about getting a cession lifted that standard bank holds on a policy.
i raised this query via your email line on 12 November 2012, an agent contacted me back asking for the account number and when i responded I received no further feedback. This reference is SR Ref No : 30566460.
i have subsequently called your call centre (the only other option) and been passed from pillar to post, numerous times.
I have now been on hold for 19 minutes and i am fed up.
PLEASE will someone come back to me with some information!!!
