SAHL promises to move heaven & earth for you - unfortunately this is only to get you to more quickly. As for frequent updates - what a joke! Expect to hear from them a lot until you sign on the dotted line and then, as you realise you have been to and misled with excuses and denials, expect to waste a great deal of time and money on endless attempts at a response.
I was told by Leigh Moon that the consultant, Evelyn Maistry, who logged the original complaint and dealt with me over a period of 6 months during which I submitted all the documentation required several times and kept my account in order according to the requirements (at substantial cost) was not authorised to do so! This despite the fact that I have an assurance in writing to the contrary.
After 6 months, Leigh Moon told me that the company had communicated its decision in writing months earlier and had proof of this - but was unable to produce this on request. If you wish to avoid sleepless nights and long term humiliation and financial loss, choose a reputable institution which is held to some standard of ethics and where you have some recourse.
