Remove of Adverse Listing

Good day,
I have spoken to Compuscan regarding my ITC profile and query a listing on my name. I am now getting nailed twice on my report. For the very same account, a Adverse listing and Judgement on my name. As you get your money every month via Garnishee (as a judgement on my name), why still list me as Adverse listing.
Could you please remove the adverse listing from my name and leave the judgement as is? Please let me know asap. Thanks
