Incorrect information

Standard bank approved my home loan. I took out my own life cover for the bond. A consultant called me recently named Sibongile insisting I take out a policy with them after I told her i refuse to as I have one and that will be a waste of my money. She then called me back after she asked asked management if I my cede this policy to them they said yes it is fine as I took the policy out for this reason. I asked her if i need to cede the policy as I know about cessions she then informed me it is not needed all I have to do is fax a copy of the contract and write my bond account number after I faxed it about 4 times and called 4 times afterwards I was then given two email address the first one came back with an error saying it does not exist the second one seem to have gone through as I got a response from a consultant which advised they are sending my case to a different dept I did not understand this as I was not making a case I then mailed her back to ask her if she received my documents and what the next step is, she then replied i need to go into a branch and cede my policy with the cession forms. This is unacceptable and the worst service ever.
