After reporting that occurred on my account last Tuesday, Standard Bank still hasn't contacted me with information on whether I will be getting the money back that was through the Easypay website. I've phoned numerous times to follow up and having to hold the line for 15 minutes, I walk away with only the promise of a phone call that never comes. I am a student and desperately need the money that was, and Standard Bank should realise that they will probably lose a future professional as client if this poor service continues.
