This must surely be the worst service I have ever seen in my life.
Firstly I struggle and fight with Multiply for 3 months to assist me to in moving my gym membership from Vitality. Now almost two months later I learn that they have not accredited me with one gym visit for the whole of 2013. Their service is absolutely pathetic.
Secondly I went for a full 4 hour medical and fitness assessment. Apparently Multiply can unfortunately not use the results because they can only input into their system a 45min assessment done by an assessor at a Virgin gym.
They go out of their way to make your life difficult and will not lift a finger to try and help.
I would urge you to please stay away from Multiply and not do business with this company, EVER!
