Multiply Assessment: MY RESULTS PLEASE

Had an appointment at Clicks Clinic Golden Acre via Clicks Call Centre for Momentum Multiply Health Assessment for 02 May 2013 at 11:00. Nurse on duty sends me first to pharmacy and then to cashiers to pay for assessment, while she finishes her chat with colleagues. She then reluctantly conducts assessment.

8 weeks later Multiply still has no record of this assessment. Nurse didn't give me the results, promised she was sending them to Multiply. Multiply won't award any points till they have results.

I have been robbed of R112 for paying for an assessment which is actually free, and the results are now missing.

Thanks Clicks Nurse. Great job. Not only are you terrible with people but you're terrible with admin too, and your bosses at Clicks don't care.
