SMART DEVICE ORDER

A month later and i am still waiting for my galaxy tabs that i ordered in october - and all that i get is phones being dropped in my ear by incompetent employees at the smart device call center. today was my 11th call and about nine references and promises of escalation later i spoke to Charlene Anthony who once again promised me the world just like all the other at FNB and after me telling her i don't think she can help me i need someone senior - she refused to give me any seniors details and said that is company policy and dropped the call on me while i was talking. i wonder what a leading bank giant that's slogan is How Can we Help U teaches their staff to and drop calls in customers ears - who reads complaints on helopeter as i logged a complaint before and to date no one has called me from FNB this is my 2nd complaint regarding the same issue - still no devices still no calls from teamleaders and seniors at FNB what a circus but i am over this now whoever is reading this complaint and my previous 1 and did absolutely nothing well done kep up the good work i have decided to move all my accounts to Standard Bank its in the process WELL DONE employees of the Year..
