Smart device/Call centre issue

I ordered a smart device from FNB a week ago. Up to today I've only received an sms stating that my order is being processed. I called the call centre 3 times last week. The first time they had me on hold for 10min, the second time I waited 15min. The third time I called they informed me that there is a back order on the smart devices. When I tried to call this week they had me on hold for 8min. The second time I called I just started talking with the consultant and the line went dead. I called a third time and just as the consultant was confirming my information the call was dropped again. Please could someone just tell me what's going on??
