Nedbank - Lots of Steves

One year ago - Oct 2012 - I requested that my overdraft facility be cancelled. It has not been done - 13 months later. Today I decided to start Again! Hopefully some not so good staff has been replaced or there has been some training. Nope - not in a million years! Tel nos printed on their bank statements aren't the correct ones. You speak to one person who asks you All the security questions and then says I must be transferred to another dept. - once I am transferred, no - I have to re-dial another number. The 4th person tells me I must go into the branch!!! Done that - they say I have to phone in! How can such rubbish still thrive in South Africa!? So many Steves in this bank. Move to FNB is my advice to everyone. Haven't had one day's problem.
