POOR SERVICE

We have been with debt rescue for nearly 3 years, we have had some good experiences and bad experiences. When we handed our accounts over for debt collection, most of the accounts were not in arrears, but simply not manageable with the amounts to payback. I am specifically talking about my vehicle, which was not in arrears. Over the past 6 months, the amount being paid back to Wesbank was less than the agreed amount, hence the account has now gone into arrears. I queried this several times and have had no feedback. I got a call from Wesbank asking me, why the account has gone into arrears? i contacted Debt rescue last week on the 7th, i got a response that i would be contacted within 3 days, today is the 16th, today is the 9th day and still no feedback, i e-mailed today again and demanded a response, all i got was a very bad attitude saying that i didn't provide my id number and that they have several clients with the same initials and surname, which i sent on the first time i sent the mail .i am so frustrated as i thought that they are supposed to be helping you and not create more problems for you!
