Wesbank has forced my hand. I am 2 months in arrears and have been paying extra every month to cover the arrears because they will not allow a payment arrangement. They set a tracer on me. now they are hounding me everyday with a tracer's apparent payment arrangements which I never made. Here is the irony. The car balance is R 20 000 excluding costs. I planned to pay R 5000 per month to cover the vehicle and in 4 months it will be free hold. But they insist on taking the matter further. even saying the tracer will come to the house and if I don't hand over the car voluntarily they will get a court order and charge me R 10 000 - R 15 000 for legal fees. Irony, when I make a payment next week (when I get paid), that will be the value of the debt owing, so they will take me to court for a R 15000 vehicle that I am paying towards albeit not to their liking and against the contract I signed. I am very confused Wesbank. Your agent called and explained the procedure, but I am going to the ombudsman, cpa, and anyone that will listen to me and help people against the tactics you are employing. I know in your eyes I am a bad debtor, but I am so much more.
