Lack of commincation and unhelpful

I have been trying to resolve a query from last year to date I haven't received any assistance and they keep charging me interest moreover they allege that I was behind with 2 instalments which is not true. There was a point whereby the scheduled payment didn't go through a payment arrangement was put in place and I honoured it but surprisingly enough a few months later I kept on receiving sms' that my account was in arrears, I then queried this immediately nobody reverted back to me, I escalated the matter to the Customer Care Division but to no avail still my query wasn't attended to. All I wanted to know is how does my account become in arrears whereas full payment is made on time and in full, still haven't got a response. I kept emailing Chetna Manisunker who apparently is dealing with the account, she read my emails but didn't respond. They allege my account is in arrears by R7126. A guy (Ashern Govender) came to see me last week Wed advising I have to pay 80% of the arrears by Monday 15-04-2013. I then sent an email to Angal Brown for advise and she didn't respond.
