I had an accident with one of your insured clients on 2 August 2013. On 5 August I provided them with all my information as requested for this third party claim. In and during this time I contacted Christo Botha who advised me that the matter was now handed to their attorneys. After calling on numerous occasions finally i was sent forms from the attorneys on or about 13 September and to my surprise was advised that my claim will be paid out 21 to 30 days, wow that was a shock for me, therefore counting the amount of days and the time the claim was given it took/will take approximately 3 months from date of an accident for a payout. This is really disgusting, whether i am a client of yours or not, the point is you are there to render a service to your client, by paying out claims, thank I am with outsourance, if this is the treatment that is given and your claims take so long to pay out i would never recommend anyone to take out insurance with your company. 30 DAYS I MEAN REALLY, so now for almost 3 months i must drive around with my damaged car, what is my car was undrivable...
