Departments blame each other while customer suffe

On the 17/08 my car insured with PMD was in accident. Claim logged on the 20/08. Only next week (3weeks later) they will be sending someone to inspect the accident scene. PMD do not have a courtesy car for written off in accident and as a client i have to wait 4 weeks to have the claim finalised. Spoke to claim supervisor, Cecelia, she told me that they dont care about the convinience of the client as they only care about satisfying their process first as a client i need to be patient and the process can take as long as it have to. This is the customer that says they want to offer clients peace of mind incase of "total loss". Right now claims dept blame Customer services for the delay, Cecelia advised it took 5 days for cust serv to hand over file to claims as they only recieved my claim on the 26th. One company but buck passing amongst department - how unprofessional is that - even to mention that to clients. Now i have to hitch hike to and from work because of their incompetence and having only 2 scene assesors for the whole RSA. Right now i dont care what they do - clients are least of their worries anyway. Good luck to whoever ahs their insurance!!!
