First National Bank
Very bad service on 3 separate occasions

Went to the bank to open an account on Friday the 1st of February, they couldn't help me because it was too busy. Then I went and opened a cheque account on Monday the 4th of February which took 1 hour and 25 minutes to do so and then I enquired for a credit card, I asked for reconsideration of acceptance of a Gold Credit card, and have not yet received a response, and also today the 5th of February I can't get them to tell me what is going on with my application. So they are actually not helping me at all, just wasted my time to open an account and they don't want to go the extra mile and help me with my credit card application.
