No feedback on query - credit card opened

I became aware of a credit card that was opened in my name, apparently in 2008. I was never informed of this card, never received statements and it was not indicated on my inter-net banking info. In 2013 January I became aware of this card after a deduction from my cheque account. I enquired about this on the 6th of February after which I told them to close the account which had a negative balance now. I purchased goods in November with my CURRENT credit card that I am aware of - but these amounts were not deducted from the account specified... I enquired on this again on the 7th February and wanted to know who authorised the opening of the "other" account and why I was never aware of it. They said that it was linked to my current credit card... and today the 15th February after enquiring about why I did not receive feedback on this issue I was told that it was a "dummy" account. Get your facts straight and sort this out! One can't just go around and open DUMMY accounts and then hit people with and oustanding amount 3 months later. This is unacceptable!!! Being BEEPED in the new year hey?
