I hired a car with Avis on the 31/08/2013 in cape town and an amount was reserved which brought my balance down. Today i get an sms that Another amount has been paid to avis, making my account to a Negative, i called the call centre and the operator said i have to transfer money to my acount to avoid paying thet penalty fee plus interest and it would take 5days for them to reverse my money into the account. I dont see y i have to do that cos according to my card and balance, an amount was reversed to cover that - please can someone look into this asap and reverse my money as am not paying any fees and interest.
