I have been paying extra on my premiums with 24hour mobility insurance, now when I submit a claim for my cell screen to be replaced they want a R300 excess, I refuse to pay as their consultant told me I have been paying extra and I shouldn't be. one of their consultant who was extremely rude by the name of Thulani Mkhwane called me - I told him to log my concern he refused saying its not him business to do so.
I urge South Africans to re-look at their business with these.
