ONLINE BANKING SHOWS DIFFERENT AMOUNT FROM SMS

I get sms's on all my transactions from my saving account, showing the amount taken off and the avaible balance, but I have realised that the sms amount is not the same as my online banking.
I call the callcenter (Dispute department 087 575 9404), and I get told that the money has been reserved for merchant where I swiped my card but the money was never reserved, than puts me on hold and cuts the call
It does not make sense to me, I need this sorted now
