Dear Peter.
I hired a car with Avis on 2 occasions, the money was held against my account. When the rental was over, the rental amount was debited against my account but the Hold amount was not released. Avis has tried continuously to get FNB to reverse the holds but they get the run around. My account is in arrears, debit orders are being returned and charged yet the Bank is sitting on my money! how cruel can one be!!!
This is terrible service to a client. I'm enraged by this bank.
