Do not whant to process claim

My Hyundai I 20 was parked in a safe parking on the Durban beach front, (Marine Parade) the night of 3 September 2013 between the times of 7pm and 11 pm. I locked the car with my remote, like I always do. I went to a restaurant, and upon return noticed that the inner light of the car was burning, and the car had been unlocked.
Upon inspection I found that my Cell phone (a Galaxy S3), which was in the cabby hole was missing, as well as my Toshiba laptop, which was under the back seat.
There was no damage to the vehicle, so obviously the remote had been over ridden, which is a new common way of robbers gaining entry into a locked vehicle. (And can be proven by the South African Police).
On trying to claim for this incident from Dial Direct (Policy number: 828267903, I was blatantly informed that they have never heard of such a thing, and they will not pay out the claim.
The incident was reported to Durban Central Police Station, Case number: CAS197/9/2013. There telephone number is 031 325 4225.
Nowhere in my contract does it state that such an incident is excluded. I run my own business with the lap top, therefore this will lead to loss of income.
