Absa can't provide with feedback

Absa is continueing to under mine its clients. This is the third complaints on a a very same thing. I sold my house last and absa claimed that title deed is missing at the end of the process and the deal between myself and the prospecting buyer fell off because the buyer was tired of mouse cat game played by ABSA.Out of that process I accumulated a lot of expenses.on top of that Absa disapproved the loan of the buyer miraculously.

Absa appointed Geoffrey Sutherns Attorneys Sutherns to recover the title deed the process took almost 6 months

The house was back to the market again in 2013 and more expenses were accumulated on my side because I was paying two bonds because of Absa's mistakes.after six months I managed to get a buyer same story with the first buyer.at the later stage of registration I was told that the title deed is missing again and my worry is that the current buyer will be tired of waiting.and as we speak I am accumulating more expenses

I reported this matter with hello Peter twice and more details were forwarded concerning this problem. Absa said they will investigate its now two months I have never receive any feedback from AbSa.
