I have been receiving an account from African Bank for many months, addressed to an unknown person and delivered to my residential address. I have been living at this address for 17 1/2 years and use a postal box for mail. An e-mail was sent to African Bank with scanned copy of account to explain the problem and rectify this matter. Of course, nothing has been done and it keeps coming back to my address. My question is this: "How on earth did this person get his FICA requirements approved with my residential address?! " This false information has given him access to a credit card limit of R10, 000. Also, I don't think the bank knows where this person is, and therefore cannot rectify the problem! (I think I'm changing over to African Bank, soon...)
