Money from account through airtime purchase

On Saturday morning 27 July I woke up with sms's informing me of transactions from my account, my account was the subsequently blocked by me via telephone. Monday I went in to get a new card, this card was charged for (R76) which I also didn't understand. R1, 300 in airtime was bought in total; I was promised that my money would be paid back, Friday morning 2 August I wake up on another sms of R300 airtime bought from my account. This is irritating and what's odd is that I don't even have this card number reflecting on my statement. No one has said anything about when these transactions will be reversed or what happened.
