Moving forward, up the external opening of the rect

Really, how bad does Standard Bank want to be as a finacial services provider?
Firstly my gold cheque card gives an error at ATM's and pay points, my mag strip is then blamed. Then my replacment card gives the same error after only two withdrawals, yet it shows my balances at the ATM.

I have only had trouble with Standard Bank since the day I opened my account. They gave me an account number and then changed the account number without my approval or notifying me. They didn't order my card. They didn't open my credit card. Online banking always takes my money with airtime purchases but never actually gives me the airtime. Now the card issues. I thought I would be able to bypass this by using Instant Money, but the website only have an option to go "Back" or "Decline". What happened to "Accept".

Clearly this cannot go on. I will not accept the charges of the new useless cards and I am hereby giving notice of my account closure.
