So i surrendered my policy, and i faxed all relevant documents last week on the Monday, instead of getting a call from Liberty to tell me of outstanding documents, i get an sms and i have to call them on the expensive 086 line. (pathetic). So i call them, and their incompetent staff fail to tell me of all things still outstanding, they only tell me about the proof of address. so i send them the document, . i hear nothing from them except get another sms. i call again, like i have done before, and the consultant tells me that all looks well. I called again yesterday, still i was told all is ok. Then i call today, because i received another sms, and guess what, ID copy and Bank statement need to be stamped,??? why didnt they tell me already??? I mean come on. I need money urgetly and they holding on to it as if am borrowing it. I WANT MY MONEY BY FRIDAY, AND IM DONE CALLING AND FOLLOWING UP TO GET WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE . :(
